The project was designed by Land Collective, Philadelphia, Pennslyvannia. The Omni team worked very well with our design and construction team to get the roof done on time and within budget... Cummins Inc. was very well pleased with the work. Thanks again for your excellent service. We look forward to seeing a green roof this spring and to working with your group again in the future."

"DAVID RUBIN Land Collective had the pleasure to engage Omni Ecosystems on the design and construction of the Cummins Inc. DBU Headquarters project in Indianapolis, Indiana. During the green roof installation, the crew from Omni Ecosystems demonstrated creativity, resourcefulness and a collaborative approach that assured the Land Collective vision would be fulfilled."
- David Rubin, Founding Principal of DAVID RUBIN Land Collective
Omni Ecosystems supplied and installed two green roofs for the Cummins Distribution Headquarters completed in late 2016. Located on a 4-acre site in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the stunning facility was designed by architect Deborah Berke Partners, architect of record Ratio Architects, and landscape architect DAVID RUBIN Land Collective. The headquarters includes a 9-story tower, parking garage, retail space, and abundant greenery.
A 19,000-square-foot Omni Green Roof canopy caps the parking garage and softens the view for Cummins employees and downtown residents. Another 3,800-square-foot Omni Green Roof with trees, grasses, and perennials surrounds the outdoor terrace, bringing the ground-plane landscaping onto the building. The two Omni rooftops total 22,800 square feet, making them the second largest green roof system in Indianapolis.
